Random Band Picture

The Bands of Gateway High School include the Jazz Band, Marching Band, Percussion Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble, Winter Color Guard and Winter Percussion.

Marching Band is an extracurricular activity for Gateway musicians and color guard in the eighth through twelfth grades.  The band performs at all Gateway High School football games, both at home and away.  The band also competes in several local contests throughout the fall marching season.  Gateway Marching Band participates in the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Marching Band Association (PIMBA) circuit and the Bands of America (BOA) Eastern Regional Championships in Youngstown, OH.

The Bands of Gateway High School are under the direction of Mr. Robert Read.
